I feel like a burden of stress relieved from me. It was hard to find research based on the topic. I learn much from this project and it also allow me to know more about general knowlegde.
ReplyDeleteWe did not really understand the topic very well as it was new to us. We had to do research and consulted families and friends for help. We did forsee this problems and we did our best to overcome it.
I have learn what urban development is about.I learn about it`s harms and benefits. I also learn how to present our points so that our classmate can understand it better.
Why nobody comment?? Am i the only one........
ReplyDeleteI was quite glad that it has ended though I have learn a lot from this project... I like this project as we can do group work and think together. Actually this project was quite fun...
ReplyDeleteThough it was fun, we still face some problem while doing this project. We have not much time to do our research and to prepare on the presentation... But we still find our own ways to make things correct. We have four people in a group so we decided on two people doing on benefits and two on harms. Then after doing the research, we will planned and sit together to disscus the points. Then we use our research to complete our presentation...
I have learn what is urban development and it's harm and benefits to the environment.
I feel that the project is a good learning opportunity. It had taught me many important skills such as teamwork, presentation, etc. To be honest, I quite enjoyed the the project as the topic interest me because it talks about what is happening around the world right now.
ReplyDeleteAt first, we don't really understand the topic that had been given. We did foresee the problem as it is a new topic for us. However, we consulted the teachers to learn more about the topic and did some researched in the internet and books. At the end, we compiled our research and discussed it among ourselves.
I had learnt quite a lot of things in this SAC project. Not only that I had learnt about Urbanization but in the process of completing the project, I had learnt how teamwork and perseverance can lead to success. Moreover, I realized how important our environment is and learnt to appreciate it better.
This project is a good learning experience for me as it introduces me on urban development and it is interesting as it taught me on what is going on in the world and to have teamwork in my group....
ReplyDeleteWe have the problems of finding the benefits of urban development as we find out that there were more information on harms of urban development.We did foresee such problems as the topics is difficult to understand.We had to research from books and consult our teachers for help then share it among ourselves....
I have learnt about the benefits and harms of urban development and also how important our environment is that we must care and protect it....
I feel relieved and unhappy.Feeling relieved because i have finished the project.Feeling unhappy because i did not done well the presentation. I have a problem when a new student came to our group and we have communication problem with her as she is from China.Whenever,she speaks we don`t understand what she is speaking.We need to explain to her what we have done so far for the project and we do not have enough time .

i think it is a very interesting way to learn as it make us use our head to think for the topic.the problem i have is that people tend to not do anything leaving the rest to do the rest,thus making us doing TWICE the work.i find it unfair as we work so hard and we get the same marks as the people who does almost ABSOLUTELY nothing.it thought me how to learn much more independently and not to rely too much on the teacher.-kenneth

We dont really understand it as the topic was difficult to understand.We tried to overcome it by researching on the internet and even consulted our teacher.After that,we share the idea what we have in our group..

ReplyDeleteI felt relive and was not stress anymore as we had to find imformation about urban development and lots more about it.
ReplyDeleteSome of them are either sleeping or slacking but at least they got do some contribution. We will let those who do not contribute much speak more in the presentation.
I learnt that teamwork is important and we must trust each other in order to do well. I also had learnt the harms and benfits cause by urban development. I also had learnt how to debate.
the project was fun and interesting as we learn new things.it was difficult to find information about the project.

The harms and benefits of urban development.
i have realised that urbanization have let to deforestation,which leads to soil erosion.even though there is an increase in land many unknown species could be a cure for various diseases could have been extinct/killed.
ReplyDeletei have foreseen that qi xuan would not be corporative and he did not show otherwise.finding the benefits for the urban development was hard as the only benefit was obviously increase in land supply.kenneth and i intermittently searched for the harms
i was oblivious of most of the benefits such as increase the land supply harms the people who lived in the area of the accumulation if germs and bacterias are suffering even now!

Cannot find much information on the topic. But understand more on what urban development means. The whole project was quite confusing. And we didn't have much time to finish the research.
